John R. Fullerton, Director of Construction
John is the Director of Construction and Business Development. John attended North Carolina State University and in 1999 earned his degree, Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering with Concentration in Construction Engineering and Management. He has 12 years experience in the commercial building industry. Being a native Wilmingtonian, John returned to his hometown in 2004 to establish Commercial Building & Development, LLC.
Robert (Bill) Hines, Maintainence Supervisor
Bringing his many years of experience in the construction industry,
Bill is the leader of our maintenance division. After working as plant
operator and with the US Coast Guard for 23 years, Bill entered the
property management sector of the construction industry. With knowledge
in concrete, welding, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, he is
an invaluable resource to our company and clients.
Joe Oliveira, Field Superintendent
As our lead field superintendent, Joe coordinates the daily activities of our construction projects. With 12 years experience as an industrial and mechanical welder and 11 years as an iron worker, Joe provides the knowledge and experience to handle any type of steel construction.
