John R. Fullerton, Director of Construction
John is the Director of Construction and Business Development. John attended North Carolina State University and in 1999 earned his degree, Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering with Concentration in Construction Engineering and Management. He has 12 years experience in the commercial building industry. Being a native Wilmingtonian, John returned to his hometown in 2004 to establish Commercial Building & Development, LLC.
John Boron, Superintendent
As our lead field superintendent, John conducts the day to day operations of the construction project. He has a vast array of knowledge in surveying, concrete, welding, framing, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. With the use of scheduling software, John is able to coordinate all aspects of the project from start up to completion. Quality minded construction techniques and an eye for precision and excellence, give John, the ability to deliver on time, in budget and give the client a project that both team members can be proud of.
