CB&D and a team of qualified design professionals will prepare the necessary construction documents to meet the code requirements set forth by the state and local municipalities.
Property Management
Through our affiliated real estate brokerage firm, Commercial Realty Company, CB&D will handle all aspects of property management including billing and collection of property owner’s dues and repair coordination.
Conceptual Cost Estimation
To establish a budget which meets your requirements, CB&D will provide preliminary cost estimating.
Permit Procurement
Working with local building code officials during the permit process, we will make certain there are no delays throughout the design and construction phases of the project.
